Our 4-Axis turning capabilities provide the option for live tool machining, meaning, we can mill, drill or tap features to your component all in one operation. This saves valuable machining time, resulting in faster part production and reduced costs.

Accuracy of CNC machines mean that almost exact sizes can be achieved effortlessly. If your part requires small tolerances, we can provide turned parts to ±5μm. To provide a quality product, all components are carefully examined to ensure all tolerances and requirements are met. Quality assurance certificates can also be supplied with all work at your request.

Our 4 Axis Turning capability is up to 300mm in diameter and 600mm in length, meaning we are suited to manufacture a wide variety of components. However, our specialty is repetition so smaller components make up most of our customer base.
